Floor space is now available in our shared workspace that is very centrally located and handy to the Northwestern, Southern and Northern motorways.  It’s ideal for a business/s of 1-2 people.

There is off-street lease parking nearby and good on-street (very affordable) metered parking. Excellent public transport links and great cafes are also handy.

We are a great group of people working in a high stud, light filled, architectually-designed shared work space.

The shared workspace rent includes:

  • Exclusive 24 x 7 use of your space

  • Board room (including large smart TV for presentations)
  • Lunchroom (which doubles as a spare meeting room)

The shared workspace rental price includes free use of the board room, smart TV for presentations, and whiteboard. The room can comfortably seat 8-10 (12 at a squeeze).

Our shared workspace rental price

The floor space rental price in our shared space depends upon how much space you take.  The currently available rental space is ideal for 1-2 people, which works out at under $80 per person a week ($691.94 + GST per month).

Optional extras are:

  • Access to the client car park booking system – only $5 + GST per week.
  • Plunger coffee, tea, herbal tea – only $20 + GST per person, per month
